*All tables, chairs, and catering must be organized and ordered by reserving party
I understand that this form must be fully completed and submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to the event. This reservation form does NOT guarantee that the dates and times requested will be reserved. The Facilities Managers of the Gordon Art Galleries will confirm requests upon approval. You will also be provided with a rental contract and a copy of the policies and procedures for your event. Arrangements for entrance to the facilities, event set up, and other considerations must be made prior to usage.
*The Galleries offer ongoing art exhibitions to the public. Should an event fall within normal operating hours, those exhibitions will remain available for public access. Special requests must be made for closed events.
